HOW might WE DESIGN A SERVICE APPLICATION CATERED TOWARDS THE PET INDUSTRY?

I interned at NAVER Corporation under the Apollo team for a ten week internship during the summer of 2017.  I designed a crowd sourcing service application that catered towards transforming a regular dog owner into a dog pet parent in order to discourage pet abandonment. 


Design Brief
Improve people’s experience with pets in a meaningful way, considering the current pet industry, user benefits, company benefit, technologically capable, and implements user generated content.

Role & Contribution
I worked on secondary research, interviews, field trip, brainstorm, user testing  with partner. Individually, I worked on ideating, final concept, storyboard, wireframe, user testing, and final prototype.

Capital one Financial services: NATIVE MOBILE APPLICATION

User Research | Augmented Reality | Individual

 

I interned at Capital One Auto Finances for a ten week internship during the summer of 2018.  I designed gesture and motion animation in augmented reality for the Auto Navigator Mobile Application presented at SXSW 2018.

HOW might we re-imagine the way users interact with mobiles devices in the car shopping experience?


Design Brief
Capital One developed the augmented reality technology used in its native mobile application. Improve people’s experience with functionality in a meaningful way.

Capital one commercial bank: credit solutions

Product Design | Systemic Workflow Design | Collaboration

 

HOW might we re-imagine the way users CONDUCT CREDIT ACTIONS IN THE COMMERCIAL CREDIT SYSTEM?

I co-designed a work flow as a part of COMET, an internal platform for portfolio management. As one initiative of a greater mission for Commercial Credit (Project Gotham), this was the first milestone pilot for taking Underwriters off the HUB (an inherited platform tool) and onto COMET. Comet currently lives as a view-only platform with the only interaction capability of commentary and document upload. The goal is to transform COMET into an user-action platform.


Role & Contribution
I worked on planning user research, conducting interviews, service design blueprinting/ story mapping, prototype user testing, presenting prototypes, and working with developers to flesh out prototypes.

High Fidelity Prototype, Pilot Release

Design Brief
Design a workflow as part of a larger platform. Users are currently conducting business in a round-about way and this workflow should aim to streamline the process.

Capital one Experience strategy

Experience Design | Organization Design | Collaboration

 

Designed, prototyped, and tested new product features for internal associate and consumer lines of business across Capital One’s products and services. Established large scale design strategies by implementing best practices and frameworks across the whole Capital One design organization.

Leading concepting and design strategy of client experiences by identifying growth opportunity spaces and developing product concepts to solve problems in varying industries. Collaborated with strategists, engineers, and executive client stakeholders to develop long term product ecosystem strategy and increase customer value.

Joined as the first designer at Proto (8th to join company including Founders) defining company culture and establishing practices such as the new hire playbook.

HOW might we identify and grow an organization through an ecosystem strategy?
